We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at nejdheheh@gmail.com
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
